Spinach or Chocolate?
Which would you rather have for your antioxidants? More importantly are you getting your antioxidants you need daily? How much ORAC are you consuming every day?
We know we need antioxidants daily. And we know the average person doesn’t get close to the amount they need just for maintenance, So when you get a chance to really look at your antioxidant intake, you will need to make a choice if you want to live longer, be healthier.
So which would you want to eat every day, broccoli or chocolate, beets or chocolate, spinach or chocolate?
